Material Identification in the palm of your hand

The ReporteR is a portable drug identification system that can be used for field presumptive testing of illegal narcotics and to identify a variety of explosives. The palm-sized device weighs less than 11oz and can rapidly identify illicit narcotics in seconds. Results are displayed on a highly visible LED display that allows non-technical users to employ the device in the field. Field data is saved in a simple report format.

Simple, non-destructive testing

Unlike chemical pouch and swab kits, this testing can be performed on less than 100 mg of sample material, allowing the officer to preserve the evidence for confirmatory testing explosive occurs by comparing its unique spectroscopic fingerprint to that of reference substances stored in a spectral library.

Ready to go immediately

The ReporteR comes packaged in a convenient hard-shelled carrying case with a variety of attachments for testing liquids and solids, 250 vials, power supplies and back-up battery power, USB cables, user interface software and library software manuals. A Customer Assistance Program (CAP), available at an additional cost, provides customers with 24 x 7 x 365 technical support, library upgrades, and equipment maintenance support.
