Safariland Shooting School - Handgun II
Learn enhanced shooting skills while under stress

The Safariland Shooting School’s Handgun II is a 16 hour course designed to test students in ways many have not been tested before. It expands on the skills learned in Handgun I and challenges the adept shooter further by including advanced scenarios, including multiple shoot/no-shoot targets, multiple stress reloads and concealed weapon/off-duty skills designed to test the student while under increased stress.

Course Overview

As with all Safariland Shooting School courses, the baseline skills of each student are determined by a minimum qualification course. At the completion of the course, the student will be tested again to measure improvement, as well as certify each student from basic to the sought out Level III certification. Each student will have the opportunity for one-on-one instruction, starting with a personal skills evaluation. This allows the instructor and student to form a personalized lesson plan that the student will follow until completion of the course, and beyond. Two instructors will be present at each class, so plenty of trigger time and one-on-one instruction is the rule, not the exception.

Taught by Lead Instructor Mike Lehner of the award-winning Team Safariland competitive shooting team, this is not a beginner course. It is considerably more advanced than a basic handgun course. Stress and pushing the envelope are the rule rather than the exception. This course may not make you a superior shot, but it will send you away with a game plan for making you one if you follow the prescribed action plan.

This course will cover, but not be limited to:
