WallBanger™ Instructor Course

This course will provide students with in-depth "hands on" information in the use and instruction of the WallBanger system. This one-day course includes the storage, maintenance, and deployment of the system as a "Bang Pole", "Break & Rake" tool and "Flash-bang Breaching" instrument. Students will safely assemble, arm, and deploy a "bang pole" and "door breaching" version of the system. Students should have operator level training for the use of Distraction Devices and familiar with tactical deployment and dynamic entry.

Course Overview

This course covers everything from storage to maintenance and planning to deployment of the WallBanger system. The WallBanger system is a unique “3-in-1” tactical deployment and dynamic entry tool. With an emphasis on safety, students will learn to utilize breaching equipment such as the WallBanger. The WallBanger will also be used in the following scenarios:

Break & Rake - In preparation for it's use as a Bang pole, students will use the WallBanger system to break and rake a 2^nd story window.
Bang Pole - Using the WallBanger, students will arm and deploy 1-2 flashbangs through a 2^nd story window
Door Breaching - Using the over-pressure from a Defense Technology 7001CI charge, students will use the WallBanger system to breach locking devices of typical residential and commercial doors.

Upon completion of the course, students will be prepared to provide in-service training to their agency.

All products featured in this class utilize the Defense Technology 7001CI Command Initiated reload to shape and form pressure from the charge to act as a distraction device or to act as the force used by the Door Key to breach doors.

Prerequisites

Each attendee must be physically fit for duty and able to perform the physical skills associated with tactical applications with the use of this product. The Safariland Training Group trains only sworn law-enforcement officers, correctional personnel, state-licensed security personnel or active military personnel.
