Safariland and Bianchi Collaborate with Springfield Armory for Holsters to Accommodate the New XD-E 3.3” Single Stack Handgun
Several Holster Fits Available Now for XD-E Model
ONTARIO, California – Safariland® and Bianchi®, brands of The Safariland Group, today announced the availability of a variety of concealable holster options for the newly introduced Springfield Armory® XD-E™ 3.3” Single Stack pistol. These holster models will be on display at The Safariland Group booth #2142 at the NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits, April 27-30 in Atlanta.

We’ve met that challenge with our wide range of options from Safariland and Bianchi.”
Safariland models for the XD-E handgun include the GLS™ (Grip Locking System) Pro-Fit™ series. From the top-selling Model 578, which includes a paddle and belt loop, to the 576, 577 and 579 clip-on and belt loop versions, these models feature GLS retention for excellent security in an open top holster. An ergonomically placed lever on the top of the holster is released by the middle finger as the user takes a firing grip on the gun, resulting in an easy and natural draw. Upon re-holstering, the gun easily locks into place and is secured. Constructed of Safariland’s proprietary Safari-Seven™, a DuPont nylon blend material, it is virtually impervious to the elements – heat, cold, water – is scratch-resistant and won’t scratch a firearm’s finish.
Bianchi offers several types of holster models for the new XD-E 3.3” in premium grade, full-grain leather construction and AccuMold® 100-denier ballistic weave fabric. Traditional leather offerings include open-top and thumb snap belt models, a paddle model and the compact Foldaway™ holster that rides flat on the belt when the holster is removed. Also available is a ballistic weave model, the 4584 Evader™, with FingerLok™ retention and two AccuMold contour-molded models – the 7001 Thumbsnap belt model and the 7500 paddle version – both ideal for concealment and comfort.
From Bianchi’s full-grain leather to Safariland’s proprietary technology SafariSeven™ material, and full complement of models, users have a wide variety of holsters to select from for their new XD-E 3.3” Single Stack firearm.
