This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure ("CCPA Disclosure") supplements our Privacy Policy and is effective as of January 1, 2020. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. - Personal Information: The Company collects personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, credit card number, debit card number, or other financial information.
- Characteristics: California and/or federal discrimination laws protect against discrimination on the basis of protected classes, which include race, color, national origin or ethnicity, citizenship, religion, sex (including pregnancy), family status, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, and other protected classifications. The Company does not request information about whether our customers belong to a protected class. Although the users may add personal attributes, such as gender and date of birth, the Company does not use that information to determine whether you belong to a protected age group.
- Commercial Information: The Company collects and maintains a record of your transactions, such as the products or services that you have purchased. The Company shares this information with our service providers for our business purposes, for example, to process transactions that you have requested. The Company also shares certain commercial information with third parties, such as credit card companies or shipping companies, in order to process your transactions.
- Biometric Information: Under California law, biometric information includes any physiological or behavioral characteristics that can be used to establish your identity, such as a fingerprint or an image of your face from which a faceprint can be created. If you choose to store your photos with the Company, you may include in those photos an image of your face from which a faceprint could be made. The Company does not create or store faceprints of our customers.
- Network Activity Information: The Company collects certain information about user activity on our electronic networks, such as how consumers interact with our websites and apps. We use this information to help determine what pages or features are popular or where our products and services could be improved. We may also use such information for marketing purposes with your consent or other applicable legal basis
- Geolocation Data: Geolocation data is data that describes a consumer's precise location. The Company does not collect geolocation data.
- Sensory Data: The Company does not collect information about your senses.
- Employment Information: The Company may collect professional or employment information that you share with us or direct others to share with or make available to us, such as the business for whom you are purchasing products or services, tax exempt status, or to verify eligibility for discount or other similar circumstances.
- Education Information: The Company does not collect information about your educational information.
- Inferences: Inferences, such as information about your purchase history, maybe used by the Company so that we can offer you personalized services or communications.
- Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purposes. The personal information that the Company has disclosed about consumers for a business purpose in the in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this CCPA Disclosure fall into the following categories:

- No sale of personal information. In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, the Company has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- No Discrimination. The Company will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
